How do I order?

2. Make your payment

  • pay online for online orders
  • all other orders, once received, an automatic invoice will be sent electronically with your payment options. 
  • orders are not initiated until paid in full OR 50% deposit for large orders (4+ dozen)
  • Large orders (4+dozen) and/or dessert displays please contact us via phone, email or online submission form. An appointment will be scheduled to discuss your order details. 
  • Please allow at least 2 business days for custom orders to be prepared.
  • Holidays. orders must be placed at least 4 days prior to the actual holiday, to confirm fulfillment. Orders placed 1-3 days before holiday, can not be guaranteed. Please call before making online payment. 
  • Wholesale. we offer dessert supplier pricing for other retailers including caterers, hotels, bakeries, restaurants, or other partnerships. Please contact us for more information. 
  • Delivery. We do offer delivery for a small fee. call for details.
  • Shipping. online and other orders less than 5 dz. may be shipped, with next day delivery via FEDEX, UPS or USPS. Pricing varies depending on order size. Final invoice will include shipping fee. Orders will not be shipped until payment in full. 
  • SIMDB is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods which occurs as a result of the shipping carrier. If your order arrives late, or damaged, please feel free to contact us, and we will try to make it right, but we can not guarantee a full refund or replacement. 
  • Shipped orders. will be photographed and shared with the customer along with shipment confirmation. 
  • Refrigeration required. All shipped or delivered orders will be kept on dry ice until arrival at destination. We highly encourage you to refrigerate your orders immediately upon receipt. 
  • Perishable food item. SIMDB desserts may last on average 5-7 days for maximum freshness (subject to exceptions, dependent upon ingredients i.e. bananas.)
